HONEY FLOW YOGA

Vermonters and certified yoga teachers Rachel and Paula have been practicing yoga since the early 90’s. At this year’s Dead of Summer Festival they look forward to sharing their energy on both Saturday and Sunday morning with their Dead inspired yoga flow sessions. Come flow and maybe even sing and boogie on your mat. These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience.

KID’S SET~ANDY THE MUSIC MAN

On Saturday in the Jam Tent, join Andy "The Music Man" Morse a children's musician who possesses an ability to forge an undeniable musical bond with his young audiences. With his masterful skills as a rhythmic guitarist, Andy artfully combines a medley of traditional and original tunes, along with delightful novelties, to captivate and engage children in an exhilarating musical experience. Through lively sing-a-longs, infectious dancing, and mesmerizing storytelling, Andy effortlessly transports kids into a world of pure joy and wonder.. www.andysings.com 

Andy has been playing music full time for 28 yrs, ran children’s activity tents for 16yrs at festivals and leads the band The Wheel www.thewheelband.com based in Albany, NY. 

"Soul Shine is back again this year. They will be running Tie Dye Central in the Jam Tent on Saturday July 12th from 11-12 PM. Kids and Adults welcome! Bring something to dye or you can purchase items to dye! You can also stop by their booth and tie dye all weekend! Tie Dyeing is free at the workshop and at their booth all weekend (unless you need to purchase something to dye). Soul Shine is a Women Owned Independent Clothing Company creating dyed & printed sustainable festival fashion. Located in Somersworth New Hampshire, Soul Shine offers a unique style and dye technique producing amazing rich colors and textures. Come have fun and create your own sock puppet with One World Puppetry. Friday afternoon 1-2 PM in the Jam Tent, we will be conducting a sock puppet class! All supplies will be provided, just bring your imagination and good vibrations. Keep the fun going and bring your puppet friend back on Sunday, join us for The Dead of Summer Kids Parade! Time of parade and sign up will be available day of class. Please bring your own sunblock and hydration so we can have a safe and fun parade. Everyone welcome!

One World Puppetry is an all-inclusive improvisational puppetry performance troupe. Established in 1999 in North Shore Massachusetts. Founded by artistic steward Andy Burke.  Guided by his vision of a live hybridization performance arts model where the players transcend the stage to engage audiences.
